Serious Side of My Business:

I am Bernadine Pellicier of RE/MAX Teamwork Realty, located in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. (Just call me Berni). I am an experienced REALTOR® professional with excellent references and I can assist you with a variety of real estate services, such as helping you to buy or sell your next home or your very first home as well as land parcels. If you are relocating, I can assist you either local or nationwide. I have completed extensive training and hold an ABR designation (accredited buyer representative) and a member of REBAC (Real Estate Buyer Agent Council). This designation allows to work with ready, willing and able, quality buyers for your home. By becoming a member of CRS (certified real estate specialists) and completing the requirements for this special designation held by only a few Realtors®. I will soon be completing ePRO training and receive that designation as well, even though I have advanced internet, website and desktop publisher experience.  Additionally, I studied fine digital photography assuring you, the home owner that the photos taken will show true quality and enhance your most prized possession. Locally my office services most cities and towns of Hampden and Hampshire Counties in Western Massachusetts.

I have extensive homeselling experience and I treat my clients' homes as if I were selling my own. I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after the sale. I rely on my clients to refer my services to their family, friends and associates who desire the same quality service my clients receive. Therefore, I don't waste globs of precious daily time searching for new business in the traditional way that most industry professionals do. This means that I can spend more time doing what I do best:

On A Personal Note:

I speak 2 languages, English and Spanish. I have been married for over 25 years to a very supportive and loving man. We have 2 adult children who are now pursuing their own careers, goals and dreams. I am an ARDS survivor and had to recover from this debilitating shock to the lungs. Thanks to the love and support of my family, friends and clients, I beat unbelievable odds according to my doctors, and I am still here. And I can BREATHE FREELY and SING JAZZ AGAIN too! (at least that's what my listeners say...) To improve my vocals I used techniques included in the following link (since many have asked for it): Brett Manning's Singing Success.

Una nota personal:

Hablo dos idiomas porque mi esposo, mi fuente de apoyo, me enseñaba español. Hemos estado casados por más que 25 años. Tenemos dos hijos, ya son crecidos y adultos. Soy una sobreviviente de ARDS. Una condición medica que causa tremendo daño a los pulmones. Tomó años pero, gracias a Dios, mi familia, amigos y clientes, estoy aquí (de nuevo) para servile.
